orders are processed and shipped within ten {10} studio days {m-f} from date of purchase. during the holiday season {october through december} please allow 2 to 3 extra studio days for orders to ship.

our holiday order cutoff is december 10, 2009

shipping
all orders are shipped via FedEx ground unless otherwise requested. we ship all orders from brooklyn, new york. we currently only ship within the forty-eight (48) continental united states*. we do not ship to post office boxes.
ground shipping $10 typically transit time is three {3} to five ({5} days east of the rockies and five {5} to seven {7} days west of the rockies
two-day shipping $30 transit time is two {2} days from ship date
overnight shipping $45 transit time is one {1} day from ship date

rush
a rush can be placed on your order for an additional $50-$75. rush orders MUST be approved by dabney lee prior to order placed. to place a rush order please ring our studio
returns
all personalized/monogrammed items are final sale. in the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four {24} hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.

dabney lee AT HOME collects from our users only the information that is necessary to complete an order: billing and credit card information. dabney lee inc. is the sole owner of all information collected on this site. the information we collect from you is used entirely and only by us, except in cases where we use third parties to perform certain functions for us, such as credit card processing, order fulfillment, and package delivery. in these cases, we provide such third parties with access only to the information necessary to perform the specific tasks for which they are responsible. they are not authorized to retain, share, or store that information for any other purpose. we will not sell or share your information with any other party.
sales tax
sales tax is applied to all orders placed within new york state. the new york state sales tax is currently 8.375%
